ABOUT KAYLA
My background in UX shapes how I see the world—I’m always thinking about how people feel, connect, and move through an experience. Whether I am architecting an enterprise operating rhythm, streamlining a small business booking system, or designing a keynote that leaves an audience wanting more, I believe every experience must be intentionally designed.

I’ve spent the past eight years in the technology industry building the engines that make high-performing teams run. Operating in spaces like DesignOps and Strategic Program Management, I build the workflows, trackers, and governance models that eliminate friction so creative and engineering teams can ship innovative products faster.

I also act as Chief of Staff and strategic consultant for growing businesses. I partner with founders and executives to untangle organizational bottlenecks, optimize their operations, and scale their impact. I am also the founder of Black Pickleball & Co., a community-first 501(c)3 organization expanding access, representation, and connection in the sport.​​
​
Passionately, I'm a storyteller and community curator. I bring this to life through public speaking engagements focused on business scaling, facilitating team-building workshops, and hosting corporate events. I also explore creative writing as a spoken word artist and published author.​​
